Services

While there are five primary service offerings, I work with clients to design a customized approach.

Long-Term Advisory

In our rapidly changing global landscape, no organization is immune to the need for agility, strategic foresight, and continual innovation; they gain from sustained guidance to navigate the complexities they face. Benefits include long-term consistency, prioritized access, tailored resources, innovation facilitation, stakeholder alignment and benchmarking. By having a seasoned and trusted advisor by your side, you not only gain strategic insights, but also consistent, real-time and prioritized input that can foster a culture of innovation, resilience, and leadership synergy.

One-on-One Executive Coaching

I work with 5 archetypes of leaders:

  1. Scale - Leaders are doing well but value a trusted advisor alongside them.

  2. Growth - A CEO wants their senior leaders to grow with the help of an executive coach.

  3. Alignment - One’s DNA (everything making them who they are,) is in discontinuity with what they do every day (their contribution). I “map a client’s DNA” and help them design continuity once again. (80% of clients)

  4. Transition - Leaders are leaving or have exited a role.

  5. Renewal - Leaders need a reset, sabbatical, or restoration and are taking an extended time away with a trusted coach.

Leadership Team Coaching

I focus on the connections between members by ensuring that your leadership team is more than a sum of its parts. Team coaching enhances inter-team dynamics and leads to intentional collaboration, reduced misunderstandings, increase cohesion, unified decision making, and it strengthens organizational culture while increasing accountability. Ultimately, coaching an entire team future-proofs your organization. Coaching teams happens one-on-one, and together.

Strategy and Innovation Consulting

Leaders must effectively steer their organization through a climate of uncertainty and exponential change. Yet, it is becoming harder to innovate outside the core, reduce the space between execution and strategy, and produce added value to those they serve. These challenges are often addressed through consulting and I leverage my experience working with over 100 organizations to create a culture of innovation that feeds healthy strategy.

Speaking Engagements

Whether in a board room, at a conference, doctoral class, or seminar, most speaking engagements have centered around the need to innovation into the unknown future, strategy design and execution, change theory and management, leadership, and designing cultures of innovation. Typically, the context is the C-suite, board of directors, or large gatherings.
